How much does this cost?
Because Pikup batches deliveries, its 100% free with no fees.
Does Pikup markup grocery items?
No, Pikup does not mark up items you order.
When do I need to place my order?
Anytime before Thursday, August 6th at 1:00pm.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Yes, someone from your household must accept the order between 5pm and 6pm on Thursday, August 6th.
How are frozen items handled?
Please do not order frozen items as we are still working on the packaging to keep your items from thawing during transit.

How to join the Scheduled Pikup.
Join the Scheduled Pikup
Tap "Join" to add your order to the scheduled Pikup on Thursday by 1PM.
Confirm delivery location
Confirm your delivery location. Tap "Add an Item" to begin adding items.
To add items, simply tap each field to type in the name and any other details (quantity, size, type) that you think would help the store employee find what you need.
Click "done" after adding each item.

Set your Budget
Once you've added all the items you want, click "Set Order Spend Limit" to let Pikup know how much you are willing to spend for these items.
Confirm your Budget
Give us a spend limit, this is not a final price, rather a budget to make sure we stay within your cost.
Add Payment Details
Add a card, or tap the card you want to charge to authorize payment. Pikup will only charge you once the items are delivered, not for your budget. Anything not spent is not charged.
*PAYMENT DETAILS ARE NOT STORED WITH PIKUP AND ARE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR PARTNER STRIPE.
Click Confirm Order to send it to the Hy-Vee team. Click the back arrow to make any changes.
Your all set! This screen means your order has been sent to Hy-Vee for processing successfully. Orders will begin processing at 1pm on Thursday, August 6th.
View Order Status
Check the status of the Joined Pikup at any time by clicking "Joined" on the home screen of the app.
Pikup will provide step by step updates about the Pikup as Hy-Vee processes your order.
